- Shipping times commence once your order is formally entrusted to our delivery partners, not upon placing the order.

1.4 Shipping Delays
While we work exclusively with trusted delivery partners, unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Customs clearance procedures for international shipments
• Weather conditions or logistical disruptions

2. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
All sales at Luxurosmic are final. Due to the exclusivity and limited nature of our collections, routine returns or exchanges are not offered.
Exceptions & Eligibility:
1.1 Incorrect Item Received
If the item delivered does not correspond to your order, Contact Us within three (3) days of delivery to request an exception.
1.2 Manufacturing Defects
In the rare instance that an item arrives with a verified production fault, Contact Us within three (3) days of delivery to request an exception.
1.3 Size Exchanges
Subject to availability, a one-time size exchange may be accommodated. Contact Us within three (3) days of delivery to initiate the process. Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition with all original components.
Note: Requests submitted after the three-day window cannot be accommodated.

To request an exception for a manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or size exchange, Contact Us and provide:
- Order Number

2.2 Pre‑Authorization
Do not return any merchandise prior to receiving written authorization from Luxurosmic.

- The designated return address (which may vary by region)
- Detailed instructions for secure packaging and shipment
3.2 Condition Requirements
All approved returns must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Retain all tags, seals, and packaging
- Be shipped in strict accordance with the provided instructions
3.3 Unauthorized Returns
Merchandise returned without prior authorization or failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted. Luxurosmic disclaims liability for any loss or damage incurred during unauthorized transit.
